I ordered the wrong size, color, or item. Can I change this?
Once an order goes into production, it cannot be changed. However, if the order was just placed, we can try contacting our printing partner to have the order updated before production begins.
If you just placed your order and need to make a change, please email support@travelcharmboutique.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Change Request (your order number)". Be sure to provide your full name, order number, and the changes you'd like to make in your email, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
As long as your order has not already shipped, we can still change the delivery address. Please email us at support@travelcharmboutique.com with your full name, order number, and the correct address to deliver to, and we'll take care of it for you.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order goes into production, it cannot be canceled. However, if the order was just placed, we can try contacting our printing partner to cancel the order before production begins.

How do I find the right sizing for an item?
Each product page features a size chart with proper measurements. Keep in mind that all apparel items are unisex sizing, so please make sure to review the size chart carefully before purchasing. If you’re looking for a tighter fit, consider ordering a size down. If you’re looking for a looser fit, consider ordering a size up.

Please note that exchanges will not be offered for incorrect sizes ordered.
How long will it take to get my order?
Production and shipping times depend on the type and amount of items ordered, but most orders take between 2-4 business days to fulfill, plus 3-5 business days for delivery.
Please note that once your order is shipped, it is no longer in our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays caused by our shipping carriers.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, we do. Please see our Shipping Information page for information on our international shipping processes.
Where is my order now?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the delivery carrier to start showing tracking information on their website.
I only received part of my order. Where's the rest of it?
We have multiple products and production partners, so if you order more than one type of item, they may be shipped separately. As a result, you may receive one item sooner than other items in your order. But, no need to worry, the other items are on the way!
I can't complete my purchase or am getting an error. What do I do?

How do I apply my discount code or gift card?
You can add your discount code or gift card to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information.
If you're on a computer, you’ll see a panel on the right side of the screen with a field that says, "Enter Gift Card or Discount Code." If you're on a phone, click on "See Order Details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in the space provided.
Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
Since all items are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we care deeply about your satisfaction and want you to LOVE your purchase! So, in the event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within three (3) days of receipt and we will gladly work together with you to resolve the situation.
