Returns and Exchanges
Since all items are made to order, please know that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, we care deeply about your satisfaction and want you to LOVE your purchase! So, if for any reason you receive the wrong item or an item arrives defective, please let us know within three (3) days of receipt and we will gladly work together with you to resolve the situation.
Below are more details to determine what's eligible for a return or exchange.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If You Received the Wrong Item:
- Please email us at support@travelcharmboutique.com with your full name, order number, and a photo of the incorrect item you received, and we'll work with you to resolve the situation.
If You Received a Defective Item:
- Please email us at support@travelcharmboutique.com with your full name, order number, and a photo of the defective item you received, and we'll work with you to resolve the situation.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- The item has been worn or washed.
- The item has been altered in any way.
- The item does not have the original tags on it.
- E-gift cards and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
In the case that a refund is issued, it will be made in the form of the original payment method.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.
